Machine overview

Two seated operators manually place seedlings into the planting units as the tractor moves along the rows. Adjustable row spacing and selectable in-row distances allow the machine to be configured for a range of crops. Suitable planting material is principally bare-root seedlings or seedlings grown in small pots. Possible uses include cabbage, lettuce, celery, tomatoes, capsicum, strawberries, tobacco, herbs and selected tree or shrub nursery stock. Confirm seedling root condition, pot size and soil suitability before ordering.

The two-row DST-237 has adjustable row spacing from 510 to 1,090 mm, measured centre to centre. In-row settings of 200, 300, 400, 600 and 1,200 mm are available.
